I had a trial issue of Chords that expired. So I PAID for a full version, but the license ID doesn't work, and even though I uninstalled Chords before putting the paid version on my system, I keep getting the message that my "Trial license has expired."
How do I get the paid for download to install correctly and now that I've lost the paper I wrote the new number on, where do I get the number I already paid for? There was no email or anything like that with the number. I had to copy and paste from the download page and now the number is gone from my clipboard. I don't understand how you can require a license number to use your product if you don't give the user some better way to get and store that number!!!!!!!
