• .Can this application split the chords from the mp3?

Hi,
I am new to this. Can this application split the chords from the mp3? Suppose I have a mp3 file, what I want is after run the application, can I get two mp3: one with only chords sound and the other without the chords. Can this possible? Where can I find such an application?

It's impossible to split vocal and instrumental.
