I've installed "Chords" and it isn't what I was hoping for. I'd like a refund. This program doesn't discover the actual tab the player was using and isn't all that accurate at finding the basic note used.

You had 15 days of free trial period to decide whether it's working for you or not. Why did you pay for the permanent license if the product is not what you were hoping for?

Helloooo????? How is one supposed to get a hold of you???? I'd like a refund immediately. A total waste of $20...and I'm not happy with your software. Please contact me to get this handled!
